Why personal introspection is important?
Job roles and resources are constantly changing, and we must be adept at heeding changes and making decisions. Such resilience towards change comes only from a deep and personal understanding of who you are and who you strive to become.
We can no longer afford to understand ourselves only in the context of the position we hold.
